~We reserve the right to cancel any order if the materials are not of adequate quality

Payment of the item will be refunded minus the cost of shipping the item back to you

~We do not allow the resale of any item made by Keepsy bears and accessories

~Our bears are not toys and should not be give to children to play with

Keepsy Bears and accessories will not be liable for any misuse of our products

~All products made at Keepsy Bears and accessories may at any point appear on our web page and or social media platforms

You have the right to request that any private personalisation supplied by you is not used, in the images that appear on our website and or social media platforms, this must be done in writing. If a written request is not made we reserve all rights to the images and will use them on our web site and or social media platforms

~We do not allow the use of our logo other than to promote Keepsy Bears and accessories
