Ordering bears, cushions and blankets- Once you have placed your order online, all you have to do is send us a message on either facebook or email, we will ask you a number of questions regarding personalisation and send you a completed order from by email, you will need to sign the bottom to agree that all details are correct. This form then needs to be place with your items and sent to us. Our address will be at the top of your order form.

It is vital that you check that all details on your order form are correct before you send your items to us

We recommend using Royal Mail Signed for delivery and please retain receipt for proof of postage and tracking.

It is extremely important that you include your order form.

If this is not included we will not know who the items belong to!
