All we need you to do is Email us at keepsybears@gmail.com a clear photograph of your loved ones handwriting and we will do the rest.

Yes, as well as heat transfer vinyl lettering we can also provide machine embroidered lettering.

In addition to this we can provide many other embroidery designs

Once you have placed your order online, All you have to do is send us a message on either facebook or email, We will ask you a number of questions regarding personalisation and send you a completed order from by email, you will need to sign the bottom to agree that all details are correct. This form then needs to be place with your items and sent to us. Our address will be at the top of your order form.

It is vital that you check that all details on your order form are correct before you send your items to us

We recommend using Royal Mail Signed for delivery and please retain receipt for proof of postage and tracking.

It is extremely important that you include your order form.

If this is not included we will not know who the items belong to!

Unfortunately as the finished products are extremely personal to you, (using your items of clothing for the bears, pillows and blankets) I'm afraid we cannot accept returns on any personalised item

If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with an aspect of your item please contact us asap

and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation

Unfortunately due to not being able to obtain a CE mark (BS EN71 toy safety regulations) for the bears we are unable to sell them as toys they are meant for ornamental purposes only

We do however use Fire Safety checked stuffing to fill the bears

Fire retardant polyester hollow fibre stuffing complies with the flammability requirements of BS 5852: 1982
